Led a team of 5 in creating a year-long campaign to build awareness of The YMCA of Greater Cleveland as a mission-focused, non-profit organization serving its community.

Through extensive research, such as conducting over 15 in-person interviews, an eight-person focus group and a survey with over 30 responses, The Clevelandteers created a strategic plan to increase retention rates of existing members and gain potential members.

Presented findings to YMCA directors, employees and a panel of judges. The Clevelandteers placed first out of three teams and our ideas will be implemented throughout the organization.
